Description of problem:
After upgrading from FC5 the CPU scaling does not work any more.  At least that is what CPU Frequency Scaling Monitor 2.15.3 tells me, see below.

2.6.17-1.2583.fc6 #1 SMP Tue Aug 22 00:29:50 EDT 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the CPU Monitor applet to the panel.

Actual Results:
CPU frequency scaling unsupported

You will not be able to modify the frequency of your machine.  Your machine may be misconfigured or not have hardware support for CPU frequency scaling.

It seems to work now after the kernel upgrade of today.  I don't know if it was
that, or the command I ran before rebooting:
/sbin/modprobe cpufreq_ondemand

Anyway, it seems to work now, so please close this bug, or something.
