Verified with 4.8.0-0.nightly-2022-01-11-214336 pass

Using following command to monitor the session and restart the vsphere-problem-detector-operator pod, we see new session launched and released immediately
$ while true; do date; govc session.ls; done
$ oc -n openshift-cluster-storage-operator delete pod vsphere-problem-detector-operator-5cfcfc76f7-c6mc7 (restart vsphere-problem-detector-operator pod)  
We could observer a new session created and released in a short time as below: 

$ grep "52fb5d6d-be05-8804-c867-f4b097493b72" /tmp/session.log
