Hi Guohua, in your screenshot you suggest to have the checkbox under the 'Mount windows guest tools` checkbox, which shows only for windows OS template. does it mean that the "This is a CD-ROM boot source" in custom wizard should also be seen only for windows OS? No, it should be for all OSes. Then I think it should be added under boot source field. verified on master Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. Created attachment 1849007 [details] suggestion for adding the button in customize wizard Description of problem: Currently, "This is a CD-ROM boot source" is only on default/simple wizard, not available on customize wizard, which means user cannot tick it and install windows VM from ISO by just using customize wizard. The workaround is ticking it before entering into customize mode. Since this is the only option not available to customize wizard, we should add it for customize wizard too.
