Description of problem:

Like in previous versions (e.g. BZ 1771905) the RSS url is set to the upstream feed https://theforeman.org/feed.xml

7.0 snap 3

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. check RSS notifications, you see the uptsream blogpost
2. confirm by looking at Administer -> Settings -> Notifications -> RSS URL

Actual results:

The URL points to https://theforeman.org/feed.xml

Expected results:

The URL should point to the Satellite blog
