Description of the problem:
The CI test e2e-metal-assisted-operator-ztp-periodic-upgrade fails on release-ocm-2.4 branch because of the missing fix https://github.com/openshift/assisted-service/commit/22868a6

Actual results:
The job fails with an error

This bug is only added to port the fix already added in the master branch https://github.com/openshift/assisted-service/commit/22868a6 into the release-ocm-2.4 branch.

If this was delivered with ACM 2.4.1, can it be closed ship ACM 2.4.1 GA'ed already?
