As suggested in 'Depends on' field, this requires the grpc to be rebuild first. I am going to give this a couple of days.

I was able to get a PR merged into python-google-auth to resolve https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2037828, which allowed me to rebuild grpc yesterday.

A mock-build of frr[1] with --enablerepo=local worked, so I kicked off a fresh build[2], which succeeded.
