Could you please branch and build perl-Lingua-EN-Sentence for EPEL-9 ?

If you prefer, you could add me (FAS: pghmcfc) as a committer and I'll do it myself.

Probably not necessary this time as Xavier is doings lots of EPEL work. I'll handle it if Xavier hasn't touched it after a few days though, or if he wants to leave it to me...
