Description of problem:
CentOS stream8 template is missing a suggested registry URL in help text,

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Create VM wizard
2. Choose CentOS Stream8 template
3. If no image is available, you will get a choose boot image form
4. In the Form choose image from Registry

Actual results:
In the gray help text the example for suggested image is a fedora image

Expected results:
In the gray help text the example for suggested image is a centos image

Registry example gray help text is:

CentOS Stream 8: quay.io/containerdisks/centos-stream:8
CentOS Stream 9: quay.io/containerdisks/centos-stream:9
