Doc Text:	Libvirt was updated and as a result provides more metrics. Due to API changes, collectd was incompatible, resulting in a potential application crash. With this update, collectd was adjusted to provide hugepage usage via the virt plugin. The hugepages metric is exposed via the virt plugin and collectd was adjusted to match the API changes so that the application no longer crashes when pulling the virt metrics.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:
it seems the same of BZ 2015543 but on RHOSP 16.2.0

compute doesn't send collectd metrics and are shown on the collectd logs

Hello,
Could you provide us the visibility of when the package could be signed as hot-fix and delivered to the Customer ?
As thirst step, this package will be installed and verified in the Customer test plant environment based on 16.2 z1.

tested with collectd-5.11.0-10.el8ost. A few instances created. No array out of index messages noted in collectd logs on compute nodes.
metrics from instances received.
