Description of the problem:
The CI test e2e-metal-assisted-operator-ztp-periodic-upgrade fails on release-ocm-2.4 branch because of the missing fix https://github.com/openshift/assisted-service/commit/22868a6

Actual results:
The job fails with an error

https://github.com/openshift/assisted-service/pull/2724 Fixes this bug on master. Need to backport to 2.4
