Cause: When using keyboard-navigation in topology list view, the selected items are not highlighted. Consequence: It is unclear which item is selected when using keyboard navigation. Fix: Update styles so that the focused element is highlighted. Result: Using keyboard navigation properly highlights the selected item.

Description of problem:
Topology list view items are not highlighted when tabbing through them and there is no way to find out which item is selected.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open topology list view
2. Tab through the list items, try to open a sidebar for any resource

Actual results:
The list view items are not highlighted and there is no indication of which item is selected.

Expected results:
There should be a highlight or an indication when an element is focused.
