Description of problem:
The dropdown menus for TLS termination and Insecure traffic are too wide. They should be 430.75px.

4.10.0-0.nightly-2022-01-11-065245

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the User dropdown in the masthead navigation
2. Go to User Preferences 
3. Select the Applications tab.
4. Look at the dropdown for TLS termination and Insecure traffic

Actual results:
You can visually see the width is greater than 430.75. 

Expected results:
Width of 430.75px for the dropdown.
