Description of problem:

oc uses the `git://` protocol to clone source code from GitHub in its unit tests for `oc new-app`. GitHub will be removing support for this protocol on March 15, 2022.

How reproducible: Always on January 11, 2022.

This shipped long ago but was not included in an advisory because without a subcomponent, nothing knew how to update it.
