Description Debsmita Santra 2022-01-12 13:15:16 UTC
Created attachment 1850378 [details]
creates visual connector instead of service binding connector

Description of problem:
Contextual binding with Operator backed service creates visual connector between the workload and the backing service.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a deployment workload
2. Drag the connector handle from the deployment workload and drop it on the topology canvas
3. Click on operator backed service in the menu
4. Select `Kafka Connection` and create the CR

Actual results:
The user is taken back to the topology and a visual connector is shown between the workload and the backing service.

Expected results:
The user should see the `Create Service Binding` modal after the creation of the operator-backed service. On submission of the modal, the service binding connector should be created.
