Description Troy Dawson 2022-01-12 17:29:03 UTC
Description of problem:
lmdb and lmdb-devel are needed to build and run kf5-baloo

If kf5-baloo isn't able to be rebuilt, it will affect:

 * dolphin
 * gwenview
 * plasma-desktop
 * plasma-mediacenter
 * plasma-milou
 * plasma-workspace

Basically, withouth lmdb and lmdb-devel, KDE Plasma Desktop cannot be in epel9.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
lmdb-0.9.29-3.el9

Comment 7 Troy Dawson 2022-02-24 14:13:54 UTC
I have verified that I can see, and build with lmdb and lmdb-devel from CentOS Stream 9.
This allows me to build my packages in epel9.
Thank you very much.
I don't know what else needs to be done for this ticket, but for me it can be closed if you want.

Comment 10 Troy Dawson 2023-01-09 15:43:52 UTC
I'm not sure why this wasn't closed.
lmdb lmdb-libs and lmdb-devel are available in RHEL 9.1
