Description Pat Riehecky 2022-01-13 16:31:22 UTC
Description of problem:

Can this be branched for EPEL9?

Comment 1 Mikel Olasagasti Uranga 2022-01-13 17:52:39 UTC
Current <4 version can be packaged, but >4 have requirements that are not ready yet.

Do you require it for another package?

Comment 2 Pat Riehecky 2022-01-13 18:01:35 UTC
An application I'm developing uses it for self tests. It isn't packaged up in RPM. I'd be fine with version 3.1.2 for what I'm doing.

Comment 3 Pat Riehecky 2022-01-28 19:58:31 UTC
Can version 3.1.2 be pushed to EPEL9?

Comment 4 Mikel Olasagasti Uranga 2022-01-28 20:43:16 UTC
There are 3 deps missing:

- mirakuru: requested branch and will build it as soon it is available. Can you open a BZ to track it?
- port-for: same as mirakuru
- pytest-xdist: BZ2032588

Once those three are available I can push python-pytest-postgresql to EPEL9

Comment 5 Mikel Olasagasti Uranga 2022-01-28 21:51:36 UTC
I created another two BZ as port-for and mirakuru have other missing deps.

You can check the full tree here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?bug_id=2040413&bug_id_type=anddependson&format=tvp&list_id=12401494#

Once the missing deps are available I'll publish python-pytest-postgresql for EPEL9
