Description of problem:

rbd image shows as replaying/syncing via command line :

It would be more correct to have it under the "Syncing" tab and not the "Ready" tab?

And even on my 4K display I can't see the "syncing_percent" value. That field in particular should have its own column.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.ceph dashboard, block -> mirroring. Above rbd replaying image shows as "ready" , if that is the correct placement, should it be "syncing"

This may be similar to BZ 1950991 - unclear if the rbd mirror in the other BZ may have also appeared on the "ready" tab.

Customer also has some comments related to the GUI interface on the syncing_percent
