Description of problem:

Kubelet consuming high CPU time

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

OCP version: 4.8.26

How reproducible:

Customer specific issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:

-Kubelet service consuming high CPU time across the node.
-CPU load in the node very high.
-Node moves to 'NotReady' state.

Expected results:

- Kubelet should have minimal CPU time consumption.
