.The `ceph --help` command now shows that yaml formatters are only valid for `ceph orch` commands Previously, it was implied by lack of specification in the `ceph --help` command that the yaml formatter option was valid for any ceph command, including the `ceph config dump` command. With this fix, the output of the `ceph --help` command shows that yaml formatters are only valid for the `ceph orch` commands.
