I added links from Grafana dashboards to the Admin portal in bug 1925878.
I want to add a note in the admin guide under 23.1.3. Grafana dashboards that each dashboard in grafana includes now a link (at the top right corner e.g: as you can see in the snapshot attached) to Administration Portal: there the user can find more information about the entities presented in the dashboard.

Eli, if you can offer a draft it would be greatly appreciated.
