The RHEL9 kernel has been updated to version 5.14.0, but the xfsprogs version is still at 5.12.0

While there is no requirement that these match, we may as well have userspace at least as up to date as the kernel, as several more bugfixes are present in the latest release.

So, update xfsprogs to version 5.14.2
