Description of problem:
Package highfive fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.3.1-2.fc36

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f36 highfive-2.3.1-2.fc36.src.rpm

On ppc64le, since GCC 12, the package fails to compile due to a problem in an OpenCV header: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2041573

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.
