Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log

must gather does not collect the yaml or describe output  of the subscription. 

subscriptions information is required for all install and upgrade failure setups and without this we can not proceed ahead with the debugging.

yes Oded that's the relevant file and about collecting the yaml, I added it as other yaml files are collected, but not sure where exactly the yamls are stored so need to check it.

Test Process:
1.Run mg command:
oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/rhceph-dev/ocs-must-gather:latest-4.10

2.Check content on mg dir
MG Dir:

3.Verify "subscription" file exist on mg dir.
