Hi,

Please can python-pytest-runner be built for EPEL9.

I can confirm that the current rawhide package python-pytest-runner-4.0-14.fc36
both builds and can be installed in a centos-stream-9-x86_64 mock build without 
modification.


(Note to self, this is needed for python-managesieve )
