OSP 17.0 needs to support FIPS compatible mode. This RFE tracks the related testing effort to verify that Glance supports FIPS compatible mode.

Once https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/glance/+/841034 has landed, we should have all we need upstream, so yeah, let's move this to POST.
