Package orocos-kdl fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

koji build --scratch f36 orocos-kdl-1.4.0-13.fc35.src.rpm

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.
