Description of problem:
missing python dependency in rhel9

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virt-v2v-1.45.97-2.el9.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check the dependency of virt-v2v.
# rpm -qR virt-v2v | grep python
nbdkit-python-plugin

Actual results:
Not found any python dependency.

I can reproduce this bug with:
virt-v2v-1.45.97-2.el9.x86_64

Tested the bug with:
virt-v2v-1.45.97-3.el9.x86_64

1.Check the dependency of virt-v2v.
# rpm -qR virt-v2v | grep python
nbdkit-python-plugin
platform-python

Refer to the above comments, move the bug to VERIFIED.
