Description of problem:
This test case was disabled due to excessive flaking which is blocking several console operator PRs. Need to investigate why this test case is so unstable then re-enable it once we figure out the issue.

Wondering if its not due to the fact that the console pod is being redeployed between test cases.
On the other have the issue is with the unavailable metrics Service.

 Now the test is running. Monitored the prow logs
https://prow.ci.openshift.org/job-history/gs/origin-ci-test/pr-logs/directory/pull-ci-openshift-console-operator-master-e2e-aws-operator
 for couple days and did not find the errors from the test
 
Hence this is verified

Moving back to ASSIGNED due to additional PR that fixes failed polling attempts.
