Description of problem:
Revival of #187884: emacs does not build on ix86 systems due to segfaults.  It
works ok in %build, but it crashes in %install.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
21.3-4.10

Description:
The %__make's in the %install section (2x) should be $__MAKE (as in %build) and
$__MAKE should be defined in %install as in %build.

Bug #187884 doesn't have anything to do with emacs or building!?

I am not able to reproduce the problem.  I just ran it through our build system,
and did an "rpmbuild --rebuild emacs-21.3-4.10.src.rpm" on a RHEL-3 U5 system
and it worked with no problems.  What is your build platform?

This bug is filed against RHEL 3, which is in maintenance phase.
During the maintenance phase, only security errata and select mission
critical bug fixes will be released for enterprise products. Since
