Please fix spice-gtk at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
spice-gtk will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 37,
spice-gtk will be retired, if it still fails to build.

these were deleted upstream in 0.39 but the RPM still tries to set them
