https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mpdecimal package already exists. What are you trying to accomplish here? Propose a change to it?

I believe you would like to make a change to the package. You could work with the pull request workflow for that to contribute changes to the package: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/ci/pull-requests/

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.
