Description Ruth Netser 2022-01-30 10:15:07 UTC
Description of problem:
Common templates - DATA_SOURCE_NAMESPACE value should be updated in d/s
Currently, it refers to "kubevirt-os-images"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
CNV 4.10, SSP v4.10.0-45

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy CNV
2.
3.

Actual results:
DATA_SOURCE_NAMESPACE refers to kubevirt-os-images

Expected results:
DATA_SOURCE_NAMESPACE should refer to openshift-virtualization-os-images

Additional info:
Example:

- description: Name of the DataSource to clone
  name: DATA_SOURCE_NAME
  value: win2k19
- description: Namespace of the DataSource
  name: DATA_SOURCE_NAMESPACE
  value: kubevirt-os-images

Comment 1 Dominik Holler 2022-01-31 08:30:47 UTC
setting blocker+, because the deployment of the templates in the unexpected name space is not acceptable.

Comment 3 Ruth Netser 2022-01-31 21:46:30 UTC
Verified with SSP v4.10.0-46

  name: DATA_SOURCE_NAME
  value: centos7
- description: Namespace of the DataSource
  name: DATA_SOURCE_NAMESPACE
  value: openshift-virtualization-os-images
