Description of problem:
A typo in line 82 of test-cypress.sh crashes CI tests.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a PR in github that require prow cypress tests to pass

Actual results:
tests fail with error about unbound variable "nightly"

Expected results:
test fail due to other issue / or pass

Setting priority to urgent because we can't run CI tests, and can't merge pull requests, this blocks us.

Now the typo is fixed and the cypress tests are running
