Description of problem: On-Screen Keyboard does not have arrow keys and things like Ctrl, Alt, Super for executing shortcuts. This prevents me from using terminal on my convertible HP x360 15in bl000 when folded back

How reproducible: Everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable on-screen keyboard
2. tap terminal
3. try to arrow up to run previous command, or paste using OSK

Actual results: Can't do it.


Expected results: Previous command or paste works with OSK

Note the lockscreen handles this well. It's after login that's the problem.

See bug 1702417. Not sure why we're not carrying that patch in RHEL8/9.
