The python-ots package needs to be renamed to python-opentype-sanitizer via the package renaming process[1] due to the current PyPI parity guidelines[2]; see [3] vs. [4].

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.
