Package python-tables fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

3.6.1-14.fc36

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f36 python-tables-3.6.1-14.fc36.src.rpm

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.
