Previously, the ovirt-ha-broker service failed to start on a host with a DISA STIG profile.
In this release, the ovirt-ha-broker binaries were moved to /usr/libexec. As a result, the ovirt-ha-broker service succeeds to start on a host with a DISA STIG profile.
