Description of problem:
RHEL8.6's versions of pcs fails when these arent updated to follow the OCF standard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. pcs resource describe SAPHanaController

Actual results:
Fails due to version reported in OCF-version field of metadata.

Expected results:
Doesnt fail.
