Please branch and build desktop-backgrounds in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain desktop-backgrounds in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package. (FAS ID: tdawson)

I have tested and the rawhide package builds in EPEL9 without any changes.

Any progress on this?
desktop-backgrounds is one of the final packages needed for KDE Plasma Desktop on epel9.
I'd be happy to be a co-maintainer on epel9.
Even if someone just requests a branch, I'll do the rest.
