Rebase on upstream ovirt-4.5.0

ovirt-engine-setup-4.5.0.2-0.7.el8ev.noarch contains ovirt-log-collector-4.4.5-1.el8ev.noarch.
I just deployed HE running rhvm-appliance-4.5-20220412.0.el8ev.x86_64 with ovirt-engine-setup-4.5.0.2-0.7.el8ev.noarch and the ovirt-log-collector-4.4.5-1.el8ev.noarch.
Once all dependent bugs have been verified, this very bug can be set to verified too.
