Description of problem:
Not all resources created during import from git have common labels.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Likely all versions of console. But tested in 4.10


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Add -> import from git
2. add public git repo. eg. https://github.com/sclorg/nginx-ex.git
3. set name to `nginx`
4. select a builder image if necessary
5. click create
6. click Secret in the left nav
7. go to `nginx-generic-webhook-secret


Actual results:
no labels applied

Expected results:
common labels should be applied to webhook secrets


Additional info:
It should be possible to delete all resources associated with an import by using the command line:
oc delete all -n <namespace> --selector=app.kubernetes.io/name=nginx

Note that if an application is assigned, the delete application action in topology correctly deletes all associated resources. Unfortunately there is no action to delete all resources when no application was assigned.

This is particularly important for users of the devsandbox who want to perform some clean up in their namespace.
