Note that we weren't actually adding Fedora's OCI Flatpak repository in RHEL 9 by default, even though we were installing the systemd one-shot service and trying our best to get it run. This is because our service (ie., flatpak-add-fedora-repos.service) is missing from redhat-release and centos-release, which blocked it from actually getting run. This bug is about cleaning up the flatpak RPM by removing the service and its associated bits, because it was never intended to be there for RHEL 9.
