Description of problem:
When doing comment out to ptp4lopt param in the ptp config yaml it fails to apply.

How reproducible:
oc apply -f ptpConfigWorker.yaml
Error from server (InternalError): error when creating "ptpConfigWorker.yaml": Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "ptpconfigvalidationwebhook.openshift.io": Post "https://ptp-operator-service.openshift-ptp.svc:443/validate-ptp-openshift-io-v1-ptpconfig?timeout=10s": EOF

@obochan This should have been fixed in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2057073 which was patched back to 4.9.  Please confirm.

Validated in 

edit the ptpconfig and commented out the ptp4lopt no error occurs .

[obochan@obochan ocp-edge]$ oc get csv -A | grep ptp
