Description of problem:
There is no new local-storage-operator-metadata-container built for 4.11 in https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/packageinfo?packageID=73086, it blocks the 4.11 LSO BZ verification.

I fixed it few weeks ago in https://github.com/openshift/local-storage-operator/pull/321 with a wrong title.
