Description of problem:
DWH admin portal dashboard queries use 4_4 views.
The queries should be updated to use the 4_5 views based on the DWH version.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check admin portal queries and see the DWH views version are aligned with the engine and DWH version 

Actual results:
All use 4_4 dwh views

Expected results:
Should use version aligned with the engine and DWH version(4.5) 

Additional info:
This change should only be implemented in version 4.5

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.5.0 release, published on April 20th 2022.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.5.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
