Describe the issue:
When trying to follow the steps in 11.2 of the "Managing hybrid and multicloud resources", I am stuck because the instructions talk about entering the "MCG user interface", but do not explain how one can reach this.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
Change the HPA of MCG in a ODF 4.9 install

Suggestions for improvement:
Add a link or description of how to enter the "MCG user interface"
