Description of problem:
The following tests fail:

[sig-cli] Kubectl client Guestbook application should create and stop a working application  [Conformance] [Slow] [Suite:k8s]
[sig-network] Services should be able to change the type from ExternalName to ClusterIP [Conformance] [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel/minimal] [Suite:k8s]

Removing the Triaged keyword because:
* the QE automation assessment (flag qe_test_coverage) is missing

Those tests can be verified again once the ovn-octavia fix is in place.

OpenShift has moved to Jira for its defect tracking! This bug can now be found in the OCPBUGS project in Jira.
