There is no python3dist(jaraco).

This commit: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-jaraco-functools/c/8e11b456d32e73123a5a1962ec0ab1657da2550a?branch=rawhide

It says "dont delete egginfo" but in fact, it does several unrelated changes. One of them is:

-Requires:      python3-jaraco
+Requires:      python3dist(jaraco)

That does not work. Don't do such changes without testing them, please.
