I hit it on us-east-2. Tested it, gcc installs there now.
Thank you for the quick turn around.

You're welcome. Thank *you* for the heads up. We don't currently have a test that would detect this kind of issue, but we should. For now, I tried downloading everything (all the latest versions) from AppStream and BaseOS and found a few more cases like the one you mentioned. I'll hot-fix them too and add their list to the RCA. Anyway, to give an update: the failure stems from the fact that some RPMs have been re-signed differently (IMA?) since their initial push.

I'm hitting this on an aarch64 instance in us-east-1 again:

[MIRROR] libxcrypt-devel-4.4.18-3.el9.aarch64.rpm: Interrupted by header callback: Server reports Content-Length: 32515 but expected size is: 33051

I'm guessing either some aarch64 packages slipped through the cracks or the same re-signing issue happened to us again.

Comment 6 Radek Bíba 2022-02-21 09:03:02 UTC
Yeah, this one was also affected. Fixed now. Thanks, Peter!

Both x86_64 and aarch64 should be okay now, and both AppStream and BaseOS.
