https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/26834/files is only a test code fix to make test robust by waiting operator settling, not a product issue. So moving to VERIFIED directly. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
